Congratulations Jacob Renfrew on becoming a Registered Massage Therapist!! We are in the process of setting him up for direct billing, so for now visits with him need to be paid in full and submitted to insurance plans for reimbursement.

Tawny Cool is continuing her education to become an RMT and is offering wellness massages at a reduced rate until she is registered. Unfortunately these visits cannot be direct billed to any insurance plan or submitted for reimbursement.

ICBC:

Please contact the office if you are an existing patient with a new ICBC claim, or are a new patient with an ICBC claim number (within 12 weeks of MVA). Not all practitioners bill to ICBC and additional time and paperwork may be required.

At this time we are unable to bill ICBC for Massage Therapy.

WorkSafe BC:

We can only bill for chiropractic visits if it is a new claim (within 8 weeks). Please contact the office to book if this is a new WSBC claim as additional time and paperwork may be required.

Our massage therapists do not bill to WSBC so all visits must be paid in full at time of service and submitted to WSBC for reimbursement.

Thompson Valley Naturopathic Clinic

Unfortunately we are not taking any new Naturopathic patients at this time.

Requests for prescription refills will only be done with a follow up visit. Please keep in mind we can book 4-6 weeks in advance for these appointments.

Any current patients wanting to book a phone appointment must have a valid credit card on file to process the visit fee. Visa/Debit and MC/Debit can only be accepted in-office.
