Congratulations Tawny Cool! Tawny is now a Registered Massage Therapist! Unfortunately at this time we are unable to direct bill to any insurance companies for her so you will need to pay in full and submit your receipts for reimbursement.

ICBC:

Please contact the office if you are an existing patient with a new ICBC claim, or are a new patient with an ICBC claim number (within 12 weeks of MVA). Not all practitioners bill to ICBC and additional time and paperwork may be required.

At this time we are unable to bill ICBC for Massage Therapy.

WorkSafe BC:

Our practitioners do not bill to WSBC so all visits must be paid in full at time of service and submitted to WSBC for reimbursement.

Thompson Valley Naturopathic Clinic

Unfortunately we are not taking any new Naturopathic patients at this time.

Requests for prescription refills will only be done with a follow up visit. Please keep in mind we can book 4-8 weeks in advance for these appointments.

Any current patients wanting to book a phone appointment must have a valid credit card on file to process the visit fee. Visa/Debit and MC/Debit can only be accepted in-office.
